1 When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. In case of high order volumes, there might be a slight delay in dispatch. If your shipment is expected to be delayed significantly, we will reach out to you via email or phone.
2 What’s the estimated delivery time?
After dispatch, most local orders are delivered on the same business day, while regional orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location. Please note that if your order contains multiple items, they might be shipped separately and arrive in more than one package.
While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will keep you informed of any such delays.
3 Are there any shipping charges?
Ethniq offers free shipping in Tricity on most products listed on the website. However, for select items, a minimal shipping fee may apply. Any applicable charges will be clearly mentioned on the product page and calculated at checkout.
