Returns & Exchange Policy

Ethniq accepts returns or exchanges only for the following types of unused products:

  • Products delivered with visible physical damage;
  • Incomplete deliveries where the full order was not received;
  • Products that do not match the description as shown on the website;
  • Incorrect item count in the delivered package.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify Ethniq in writing within five (5) business days of receiving the product. Please ensure that the product has not been consumed and remains in its original condition.

Once your request is received within the stipulated period, Ethniq will arrange for product pickup via a logistics partner at no additional cost to you. The returned item will be subject to an inspection process.

Following the inspection, Ethniq will determine if the product qualifies as damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. If the item has been used or does not meet the criteria, you will be notified, and the original item will be returned to your shipping address. In such cases, you will bear the cost of reshipment.

If the inspection confirms that the item is eligible for return or exchange, Ethniq will proceed accordingly:

  • For exchanges: a replacement product will be shipped within fifteen (15) business days.
  • For returns: the payment made at the time of purchase will be refunded according to the Refund Policy.

If the product is consumed, or if the return process is not followed as directed, Ethniq holds no obligation to accept the return.

All decisions made by Ethniq regarding return or exchange requests will be final and binding, and you agree not to dispute these decisions in any form.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • A valid return/exchange request has been submitted in accordance with Ethniq’s policies, and either:
    • A replacement is not possible, or
    • You choose not to receive a replacement;
  • A cancellation has been initiated by either you or Ethniq as per the Cancellation Policy;
  • A refund request is approved under special circumstances at Ethniq’s discretion.

Details regarding the refund status and mode will be communicated to your registered email address. Ethniq retains full discretion over approving or rejecting refund requests and will do so only in exceptional circumstances. These decisions will be final and not open to challenge.

Online Payment Refunds

If your original payment was made using an online method (credit/debit card, net banking, or digital wallets), the amount will be refunded to the corresponding account or wallet.

Refunds for eligible returns/cancellations will be processed within five (5) business days.

For refund requests under special circumstances, refunds will be processed within forty-five (45) business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed by Ethniq after verifying the return eligibility as per our return/exchange policy. If the return is approved, the customer will be required to provide their bank account details, and the refund amount will be credited directly to their account.

Refunds for standard return or cancellation requests will be processed within five (5) business days from the date of approval.

Refunds under special circumstances may take up to forty-five (45) business days.

Please note: For purchases made via third-party platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, or 1mg, the respective platform’s return and refund policies will apply. Customers are advised to initiate the return or refund process directly through those platforms.

Product Description and Pricing Disclaimer

Ethniq takes every possible measure to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and pricing on its website. However, errors may occasionally occur.

In the event a product is listed with incorrect pricing or information, Ethniq reserves the right to either contact you for confirmation or cancel the order and inform you accordingly. If a payment has already been made, a refund will be issued as deemed appropriate by Ethniq.
