Return and Refund Policy

Conditions for Exchange

Ethniq accepts returns and exchanges only for: damaged/tampered products, incorrect or expired products, and incomplete deliveries.

• Products delivered with visible physical damage, leaking, tampered, broken, or compromised packaging.
• Incorrect or Expired Products: Products that do not match the description on the website or delivered past their expiration date.
• Incomplete Deliveries: Missing products from your order.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

• You must notify Ethniq in writing within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original condition including packaging and labels.

Return and Exchange Process

Once your request is received, Ethniq will arrange product pickup at no additional cost. For exchanges, a replacement will be shipped within 15 business days. For returns, a refund will be issued as per the Refund Policy.

Returns Not Accepted If

• The product has been opened, used, or altered in any way.
• The original packaging (including cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
• The return or exchange request is submitted more than 24 hours after the date of delivery.
• The reason for the return or exchange is not related to a manufacturing defect.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued where a valid return has been approved and replacement is not possible. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original source of payment. For third-party platform purchases (Amazon, Blinkit, 1mg), their return and refund policies apply.
