Cancellation Policy

At Ethniq, we understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed for shipping. Simply reach out to our support team and we will assist you promptly.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order for a product any time before it is shipped by Ethniq. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Cancellations by Ethniq
In certain circumstances, Ethniq or its partners may be unable to process or fulfill an order. Common reasons include:
- Product unavailability or insufficient stock
- Errors or discrepancies in pricing or product information
- Orders placed for resale or commercial distribution rather than personal use
- Use of fraudulent methods or suspicious activity during order placement
No cancellation fees will be charged. For purchases made via third-party platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, or 1mg, the respective platform cancellation policies will apply.
